For the most recent sale we got valuations from several agents in the area and we felt Brad from Sea Breeze was the only one who completely understood our situation and our property. It was marketed well, they only booked in decent viewings (with a toddler we didn't want to keep having to tidy the house unnecessarily!) and sold within a week for just below asking price.
