"I have an elderly hamster, Gus, who has become quite unwell. Today I was fortunate to be able to get a last minute appointment. I spoke with Kiri on the phone who was polite and reassuring, and when I got to the vets I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Gus saw Alice today who was brilliant. Alice was kind and very knowledgeable, she provided some excellent tips for administering Gus' medication and gave a realistic outlook. I just want to say thankyou for taking the time to see him so we can make him as comfortable as possible and for being so kind."
