"Worst vets I have been to. Took out their care plan and was paying monthly for a few months. Called in on numerous occasions to update my puppies weight to get the correct worming tablets and was always told “you will get a call back”. Days went past and I received no call back, called again and was given the same answer. After waiting for over 2 weeks for a phone call I decided to cancel the plan as I was not receiving what was promised through their plan. Only then I was harassed with text messages and phone calls for overdue payments to which I explained I had been paying for a service that I was not receiving. They agreed to cancel it but had to pay £90 for the vaccination and initial consultation and again was bombarded with emails, texts and calls for the payment. If only they had the same structure to return calls for the service I had paid for as the same for chasing overdue payments I would not of cancelled in the first place."

"Vets are excellent ... Jo tjhe surgery administrator is excellent and very helpful....but outrageous to charge £205 for three packets of tablets which are available online for £19.95 a packet. When I phoned up to point this out I was dismissed with the excuse that they know they're available much cheaper online- "online suppliers do not have the veterinary surgery's costs". That would be reasonable if it was 10 or 20% more expensive-But 300% more is excessive and unfair. And being told that I've always got the option to buy online next time is no way to respond."
