"They are always short staffed. They kept me waiting for both appointments for over 40 mins. They got my prescription wrong and made my eyes worse. I was having headaches and had to be retested today. Would never recommend them. I was told i would have glasses today and then told i couldn't and they may have to post them because I am working away. I have to go to a spec savers in Norwich to pick them up. It is not a great deal but awful service. They didn't answer the phone and the automated message said they had my number and will call back. I never had a call. Just a substandard service. Wish i went to vision express."
