"Went here after a bad experience in another branch previously. Explained why I wasn’t using the local branch as I believed their sales were being put before my requirements only to be delivered with the same poor quality of care. When I suspected I’d been sold something I didn’t need I went to an independent optician who confirmed my fears, I was in fact being sold over £350 worth of glasses I quite simply didn’t need. I immediately sought a refund which was made difficult. From now on I’ll use independent opticians."
