"Stayed 5 nights for work: Pros: Very Friendly and helpful reception team. Good room and bathroom. Cons: A/C has never been cleaned blowing dust / TV / lights never been dusted. Extraction from restaurant is loud and doesn't go off until 10pm. And if you open the window before it smells. Overall the rooms need a proper clean."

"Great Premier Inn, friendly staff, good for families. Beware there is no lift in the hotel. We stayed here when we went to Drayton Manor which is roughly 30 minutes away. Attached Beefeater is nice for breakfast and includes an outside play area which is good for older children."
