"Over many years my husband and myself have spent lots of money booking holidays through Althams. Today however I only wanted to buy Euros. The shop was busy so I stood and waited. My turn came, the assistant apologised fr keeping me waiting and I explained I only wanted euros. At which point a very rude ignorant man barged in announcing it was his turn not mine and sat infront of the assistant effectively stopping me.. In view of the rudeness I walked out.. I don't plan on using Althaams ever again and am seriously considering cancelling a very expensive cruise booked for next year."

We have particularly had excellent service from the manager Lisa as she has gone over and above to sort things out for us and she is very patient.
