"Shocking quality. Paid just over £10,000 for what was suppose to be a superior quality kitchen to last. Cupboard doors started peeling from the bottom, cheap mdf covered with some sort of vinyl! When contacted Andy he said it was my fault as too much steam in kitchen. Contacted trading standards and they laughed when I told them this and that also this was not the first time they had been contacted about cheap poor quality kitchens at extortionate prices by them. Do your research as I’ve sadly now found that my 10K kitchen is a sub par 1-2 k kitchen at best and is the cheapest range you can get in B&Q and shops alike. As soon as they have your money they don’t care, very aggressive and intimidating when you question the faults and ask for the guarantee to be inforced."

"Waited over two weeks for a call to arrange a quote. When Steve did call it was 8.30pm one evening and then a Sunday morning which weren't the best times. When I explained we had already arranged other companies to come out and quote for the kitchen as they hadn't call for so long Steve was very pushy and almost aggressive. Would not recommend!"

"Initially my partner and me were very pleased with how Alpha and their designer Steve cared for us in terms of designing the kitchen we wanted for our new home. Steve initially couldn't do enough for us, he visited us at home a couple times to do his own measurements and answer any questions we had. When the price matched our budget we didn't hesitate to continue and purchase our kitchen. Since paying for our kitchen and receiving our kitchen. We have had nothing but poor customer care and major design problems. My partner is a carpenter so has managed to salvage our kitchen. However Steve our designer has made himself very unavailable to us to tell him our concerns. We left a couple voicemails for him, although Steve did get back to us when we sent him a txt asking for a price on something extra. Yet couldn't answer our complainet. Simply telling us to contact the shop. I am deeply disappointed with the after care we have received by Steve at Alphas. It seems that once we handed over our money we were simply case closed, job done. Sales men will will be Sales men!!"
