"Excellent experience during the design process but from fitting onwards was very poor. Quality of kitchen units and materials was first class but fitter took very little pride in his work. Getting Steve to respond to emails or return phone calls to address problems is nigh on impossible. Latest issue is a defective quooker tap that was installed at the end of 2017 at a cost of £1k+ that seemingly already requires replacement. Steve has been emailed, phoned and to date no response has been forthcoming. Having spent £60k+ with Steve we expected a much better overall experience."

Steve was able to provided us with a virtual reality tour of the whole space which was just fantastic.
