"I'll start by saying the bathroom Colin fitted is beautiful but, they hit a water pipe which brought the ceiling down in the room downstairs. 12 weeks later and we still have no ceiling in the room, the carpet is ruined and the light fitting broken. After multiple calls, emails and promises to get it sorted I've now had to get the room repainted myself and have to replace the carpet. Great work on the bathroom but appalling service trying to get all the damage repaired."
