"Absolutely shocking. Waited for my sofa and they changed the date which weren't a problem. When it was delivered the Man in shop ordered us the wrong poofee. Still waiting on the one we ordered to now receive a email stating we have agreed to 5 years insurance. We did not agree to the insurance but it was added anyway, adding £307. Will never recommend using this store again. Stocking service, and they got the cheek to ask people to rate them how they did."
