"We were very pleased with our new kitchen when Roy and his team fitted it four years ago. He's a great guy to deal with, and is good at what he does: we'd recommend him to anyone. More impressive still is how he dealt with a recent problem which developed with products from one of his suppliers, through no fault of his own. Without any hesitation or argument, Roy obtained the warranty replacements and spent a half day of his own time fitting them. He was even cheerful and amicable whilst he did it! I know that we had a right to expect this, but I'm sure that plenty of other firms would have resisted this responsibility.
