"If I could give him 0 stars I would. Journey of 2 miles/5 mins and charged us £15. To top it off he we had to walk to a pickup destination he knew because he said he'd be unable to locate ours. Exploiting customers because there's very little option with regards to other companies. Avoid at all costs."

"Terrible service, do not recommend. Booked for an early morning airport transfer and woke up at 04.30am to an email sent at 02.00am saying the taxi was cancelled. Outrageously unprofessional and left me stranded in the middle of the night. Booked online as no one answered the phone. Did not receive an official email confirmation although payment was taken. Tried to call the number a few more times to ensure the booking went through. Finally spoke to someone who pulled up the details and assured me that all was in hand. I questioned this a couple of times as already felt uneasy, but was continually told my taxi was scheduled. Clearly this was a lie. Prices already felt a little on the high side for such a small journey, but was prepared to pay this for the security of a reliable pick-up. Do not use if looking for a reliable transfer."
