"As far as Cineworld cinemas go it's tired and shabby but I guess that's why the price if tickets are so low. Stains and marks on the screen, not enough to spoil a film but definitely a distraction. Service was very slow at the kiosk. Great for a budget cinema trip but there'such better cinemas locally"
"Overall a fairly large cinema, very cheap with standard tickets setting you back £6 and 3D tickets being roughly £9~ however the downside is… this cinema is stuck in the early 2000’s. It bears the old cineworld logos and signage everywhere, and has not got the updated digital screens. The concourse hall is practically empty, with a few arcade machines and the ticket desks. The staff are polite and cheerful but I’m rating this 3 for the lack of modern auditoriums. Screens 1-6 from what I’ve seen have been updated but the rest of the screens (7-16) are old, and the seats are not raise high enough so if you seat in the front rows you will see people’s heads. It needs a massive refurbishement. ASAP"
"Was in Bradford and thought id pop into the local cinema. Was a bit confused as to where to go to buy tickets but this lovely chap looking like borat came over to help. He went on a till just for me and gave me tickets also he served me food saying ill save so much if i upgrade to a large pop corn with a small drink. All in all its a good cinema with very friendly staff."
"Shocking service. Would rate this 0 stars if I could. Went to watch Black Panther and the way I was dealt with in terms of customer service was appalling. No signs of respect shown. I had purchased a voucher online which needed to be redeemed, firstly I went in and was told that the voucher had already been used which didnt make sense as I had purchased the items earlier in the morning. Secondly my popcorn combo was out of stock and I wasnt given any alternative options. Instead was made to purchase the items again separately I asked for a receipt as was promised a refund for the vouchers purchased only to be told I need to contact customer services which again is misleading from your point of view. There needs to be serious customer service training. During the movie there was an usher flashing his light at the front of the screen Appalling service. Would never recommend there’s better cinemas out there than this Doubt ill get a response"
"It is one of the only cinemas that have South Asian movie listings in the area. However, my experience here has been a mixed bag - why? The Positive Aspects + Large cinema (16 screens) with plenty of movie listings. + Great location - there are plenty of places to park nearby and plenty of places to eat too (there’s a Nando’s right outside!) + Ticket prices are generally good - a standard adult cinema ticket, at the time of this review, is £5.99. The Not-So-Positive Aspects - The cinema is severely understaffed - just getting popcorn in a queue with just one person in front of you, can take upwards of 15 minutes (come with ample time!). Genuinely slow service. - Avoid queuing at the tills - prebook your tickets if you can! - The cinema facilities are old and dilapidated (as seen in the review pictures). Also, the cinema seats are not very comfortable. - There is an ice-cream stand in the lobby - but in my experience - it’s rarely manned - I have consistently not been able to buy myself any."
