"Took my dog here for the first time today, was really impressed. Setting was lovely, squeezed my dog in at short notice, they did a great job and I now have one happy boy, who’s no longer sweltering in this weather. Def found our new groomers!"

"Our dog has been there for many years. Not the most friendly of people but they got the job done. Yes the occasional bit missing and sometimes our instructions for a closer cut not followed but in the main ok. The last time we booked our boy in we were horrified when we got home to find they had cut off ALL his whiskers. He is a Spaniel. We were so upset we cried. His beautiful long whiskers were gone changing his face and stubble replaced them. I left it till the next day to call them to calm down. I was very polite. I did not raise my voice. I was not abusive. I did not use foul language. I asked why they had cut off his whiskers when we had never asked for this on this occasion or EVER. The young girls reply was that they do that to "certain" breeds. When pushed she just said she "didn't know why she had did it". I said we would probably not take our boy back there. At this point I could hear she was visibly upset. I said we know it wasn't done maliciously but we were still upset. I said I'd ring back in a week. I did so and spoke to the same girl. I said we would like them to continue grooming our boy and this was because she seemed so upset and I believed it was a genuine mistake. End of story. No. We have tried to book him since and they have not returned our phone calls. Absolutely PATHETIC. You Posh Paws are a disgrace. After you messed up and I was polite you are turning away our business. Really to be honest we are happy to not use you if this is the way you behave. At least have the politeness to tell us why and be brave enough to call us and explain why. Really poor customer service. The below response states they contacted us to tell us they would no longer groom our dog. They did not. We have now found a groomer we trust. No abuse was ever received from them by us. Why would i phone to ask how the girl was if I was abusive? It showed I cared. They made a mistake,didn't like being told about it and now are trying to blame us. If you mess up don't take it out on the customer. Glad this is the end of this saga."
