"I went in to look at carpets as they had a very good sale on. Unfortunately it seemed that I didn't fit the dress code and was probably ten to fifteen years to young as all the other customers in the store were clearly enjoying a comfortable retirement! I wouldn't have mined if someone had offered an apology for any delay a simple "sorry to keep you waiting" or "someone will be right with you" would have gone a long way but as it was I left the store without a word being offered!"
