She spent quality time with me measuring the dogs for the correct coats, advising on treats and toys- as well as providing excellent advice on the car safety aspects of harnessing dogs. "Our Maltipoo pup had an absolute blast at puppy hour. Karen was helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. She gave us tips about puppy behaviour & body language, also so much information about the breed in particular. The store itself is so well stocked. We found some lovely toys and treats. "I visited the shop a couple of weeks ago and I forgot my lead. The friendly kind lady in charge lent me a lead. I ended up buying 2 leads as they were such great quality. I have since been back to buy pet treats etc. I love this pet shop, staff are so friendly and make you feel really welcome. The place is really big and has such a variety of dog treats/toys/food. Totally recommend, you won’t be disappointed because you can park easily and pick up some great quality stuff. Just to add, you can take dogs and there is a cafe there. I didn’t even know this place existed till recently."
