"I hope the manager of this office can see this comment and take it seriously and make an action. It was a worse experience, on 7th November around 10 am I called the office to inquire about a flat I asked her about prices and asked her kindly to repeat her says to make sure because I couldn't hear her easily but she was too rude to me and she shouted at me I was really surprised and shocked so I told her kindly give me someone else I want to speak with she refused, then I asked her to give me her manager and I was so quiet and respectful with her but she again refused and she told me am the manager there is no manger in this office only me am the manager and she was shouting I told her you can't deal or treat your customers in this disrespectful way and even if I asked her to repeat something that I couldn't hear she must be a respectful she shouts again and she was very rude and racist and she switched the phone on my face. A person who just arrived in a city and deal with a woman like her was very disappointed and she reflect a very bad reputation in the Smart moves group."
