"We love going in to Pets@Home Crayford. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We couldn't see the small bearded dragon, so we asked was he sold. The lovely assistant went and got the step ladder, there he was, on top of the leaves, watching us looking for him... We laughed a lot."
"I like the large variety of products we can find there, and the staff is usually welcoming, so I was quite happy, until my last visit. I visited with my parents who don't speak English, and as soon as we entered the store, the security guy started following us, all the way until we were done shopping. It made us feel very uncomfortable, and I'm not sure I will visit again after being treated like a thief."
"Our dog was 13 years. Sadly she came to end of life. The vets are so very caring with our dog and helping us come to terms with what was happening. We’ve always been happy with the care they have cared from her being a puppy . Can’t thank all your staff enough. Well done."
