"A beautiful park to explore right in the heart of the city. A couple of lovely coffee shops with limited seating indoors but plenty outdoors on dry days. Paths to follow all level ground & good for cycling too. WC's can be found in one of the coffee shops."
"A huge sprawling city park at the heart of Cardiff. Named after The Third Marquis of Bute, a man whose family developed most of the Cardiff we know today. The main features of this park are the huge grassy areas which are perfect for picnics, sports, dog walking or just relaxing. Another joy feature is the wide range of different trees here from Evergreen to those that change with the season. Many of them blossom with fruits and berries. It's a large park so if you want to see it all you should allow a couple of hours and it's quite easy to get lost so mind your direction The park connects downtown Cardiff with Llandaff Cathedral and is a glorious walk"
"We visited Bute Park on a quick road trip to Cardiff. It’s now in my top 3 favorite parks. Massive trees, beautiful gardens, and you can rent bikes. It’s absolutely beautiful."
"Wonderful to have such a lovely, lush green area in the town centre! Really nice park to visit, we took the water bus from Cardiff Bay which dropped us off at the park, it was great the only downside was there is a lot of litter in the water which is quite unpleasant and bad for the wildlife but the area was really pleasant."
