"I feel the prices are a bit over the top, for a small bowl of chips it was £3.50, and they came out looking brown. Indicating they were over cooked, it was £5 for my 1 year old, and £2 for me. Making it £7, the pricing isn’t the issue, the issue is. You’re charging loads, when he can’t even go on anything, apart from a small bouncy castle and a baby area. As adults aren’t allowed on the bigger things, so they can’t explore that part. I’m disappointed really, it’s gone downhill since, it’s had new owners, explains why it’s mostly dead. I certainly won’t be coming back again."

"If I could give minus stars I would. Management talk about how you should supervise your children at all times, so my partners daughter was calling him and wanting/needed his help, so he went on the soft play to help his daughter. He was found being yelled at by the owner, she was so rude especially when he is a customer. She could have spoke in a respectful manner. No professional manager/owner would speak to their customers this way. Will never return again."

"We absolutely love it here, a fantastic play area for the kids. my older daughter is 7 and the youngest is 18 months. Food is always Great, service too. We love it"

"went here on the 15th december 2022, what a lesson i have learnt! after i had paid i was warned about the fact it was cold in here, it was not cold it was FREEZING, so much so my sons hands were red raw and like ice to touch, he wanted to play with his hat on and was also very happy to leave which is unlike him. after this i had paid £15.30 for food and drinks, drinks were ok but the food was not. we had a childs lunch box & a childs fish fingers and chips, this took near enough 15-20 minutes to come out (bare in mind there was only 1 other parent and child in there), the bread for the sandwich was stale, the portion size for the fish fingers was good for a childs, however the chips were rock hard and inedible. we were here for no more than 30 minutes and had spent just shy of £23-24. will not be going here again."

"My daughter had her 5th birthday party at Jump n Jackz. The staff have always been very helpful and quick to respond to my messages. I had to rearrange the party as my daughter was poorly and they were able to offer a new date at no extra charge. The party itself was well organised, all I had to do was bring a cake! Brooke was very attentive and great with the kids. The play equipment was very clean, so much so they flew down the slides! Thanks for a lovely morning!"
