"If you book this taxi company then I would have a back up plan in place! We booked this taxi company to pick us up from a wedding venue at 10.45pm on Saturday evening. Unfortunately at 10.07pm on that evening the taxi driver Sam sent me a WhatsApp message stating that the taxi journey was not going ahead because 'Bloody car broke down'. It was 20 minutes later when I happened to look at my phone and noticed that I had a message from her (this was less than 20 minutes before we were due to be picked up). I had no phone call from her and no details in her message regarding other local taxis. A very poor and unreliable service. I would not recommend."
