"Booked taxi night before operation day at Southmead for 06.40 Saw taxi arrive outside my house but before I could get to the front door he had driven off- literally only 1 minute He then drove up the road and went down the next turning- I ran up the road , saw him coming out of the turning then despite me waving and being only 10 yards away from me, he drove off out of my road I had to ring another firm- chipping sodbury taxis- such a difference, she was there in 5 mins and got me to hospital on time- my first call taxi company from now on! I will never use Premier again and have advised other people not to- they made an already stressful day 100 times worse- no phone call , nothing"
