"Cinema is lovely with comfortable reclining seats. Staff are quite abrupt and not good with kids! One was very rude to our children. Toilets were dirty and smelly. Tango ice blast has been replaced with the not so good icee. Film was very quiet, didn't seem like it was turned up loud enough. Kids kept asking what was being said as they couldn't hear it!"

"The waiting cue was very short but the staff was very slow, therefore it took a long time to get some snacks and chips, a bottle of water that I did not even get until the end of the movie... Because I released that I paid for it but it has not been given to me. However, the place is nice, fancy, and also welcoming. I like the atmosphere but I think the service should be improved."
