"Don’t normally leave negative reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion. Called the number on website and when I asked if they were open today the woman said “why what’s the matter”!!?! Needless to say I hung up straight away. Not giving anyone with that sort of attitude my business. There are ways to speak to customers and this is not the way. Customer service at its finest! Pfft"
"Complete rip off they overcharged me and my sister for our weddings actually we had stuff taken from our wedding and the women who runs this actually took money from my brother in laws account without permission and now cannot be contacted theft, waste of time, very bad service and don't give her your bank details for them to put a penny in and penny out as they take extra money do not touch this company!!!!! Or the women running it police are informed aswell!!!! They even try saying stuff is damaged when it isn't complete rip offs and don't even decorate your event how u want it go with another company not this one"
