"Very big and friendly place. Staff is very helpful and supportive. We always have lots of fun there. Thanks"
"First visit here yesterday. Parking is very limited and the spaces aren't big enough to get a car seat out. Disabled spaces were used by able-bodied people. Had to queue to get in. Only one person serving on the front desk to get everyone in. We came at 2pm so place was meant to have been shut for cleaning 1:30-2. Despite this, the table we sat at was sticky, sweets on floor underneath and high chairs were dirty - wouldn't sit my baby in it. No background music or anything. Coffee was delicious but quite pricey. The older kids had a great time but nothing for babies. The toddler area 0-4 years is only really suitable for babies who can move. I picked here as it was cheaper than other places and saw pictures of a little ball pit online but there were no balls in the ball pit. This meant my little one had nothing to do. Big fish tank was a nice touch but very dirty. Good value for money but needs looking at in terms of cleanliness. Would hate to think the state it would have been in before the 'half an hour close for cleaning'!! Could do with something for little ones who can't move yet or tell us that the ball pit is out of action when booking as we would have gone somewhere else."
"Love it here as much as my kids. The play area is fantastic, and there's a decent play area outside weather permitting. The prices have gone up a bit, but so has everything else, so it's still not too overpriced. There are toilets and facilities for drinks and food. Pushchair friendly entryway and ample parking surrounding"
"My little girl always has a great time here! We go a couple of times a month, more when we can. Very good value for money with its big play area and reasonably priced cafe! It's nice to be able to take her somewhere and it not cost me a fortune! Only thing I would say is that sometimes it's a little bit dusty but that's just if I'm nitpicking. I know it must be very hard to keep the whole place 100% clean 100% of the time so this is just a minor thing. It's mostly clean to a good standard and I 100% recommend the place."
"Excellent value for money!!!! We had 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 10 month old & for all of us it was just a fiver...lovely large indoor soft play area with lots of slides, a bouncy castle, an area to play football & massive fish tank!! There was also an outdoor play area with slides too.. Everythings integrated so well, kiddies absolutely loved it!! They have a cafe that serves both hot/cold food (-but hot food is only between a specified time), we had a strawberry milkshake, it was alright, probs wouldn't order it again:(( we had a 2 hour time slot but that was more than enough for the kiddies...we parked behind the old Frankie & Benny's, would definitely reccomend this place especially in the winter for a few hours of fun (for both kiddies & adults lol!) X"
