"Fabulous newly found soft play. 2 year old had a blast and slept all the way home. It’s clean, warm and the staff were absolutely lovely. Will defo go again."
"We had been on a drive out and was dissapointed that everywhere was fully booked where we were going. Luckily on the way home, I called these to see if they had space as I saw they were closing at 3.30pm for a party. The girl on the phone was very polite and said that was fine they don't take bookings, just turn up. Although the place looks quite small and the adults seating is quite close together, it had a good vibe about it. The seating down the side of the soft play was nicer and felt more spacious. I wasn't expecting anything great as the pictures from reviews didn't do it justice, but it was lovely and my 1 year old and 5 year old had a great time! Parents were allowed on to, to support and my little one was happy that she could follow her big sister! They had a gate that was locked, to ensure that noone could get out without being buzzed out which I thought was great to have. They did food and snacks as well. Will definatley return in the future."
"We enjoyed coming here when it first opened but then had 2 experiences where our booking wasn’t recorded (booked online and had proof the first time and booked over the phone the second time to try and avoid the same problem). This meant that they tried to turn us away both times despite having a very excited 3 year old. We managed to convince them to let us stay both times but didn’t get a table or chairs even though I was pregnant, not ideal. My daughter loved it but it just seems to be badly run. The coffee and food aren’t great either."
"A really unpleasant atmosphere. I was so surprised to find out the rude lady, causing the uneasy atmosphere was actually the owner. The first time I went in she was rude to a number of customers and myself, I thought as they were new they had just made some poor staff choices. I went in again and she was shouting at and kicking a customer out, with her children. I was sat on the table next to the lady and have absolutely no idea what she had done wrong, my child got really upset, I’d avoid if you don’t want your kids to potentially view a toxic aggressive lady shouting at people."
"When I saw a new softplay had opened in Leamington it was exciting and very welcome news. The equipment is new, so clean and not worn out by countless children playing it over time. There's also some items here that are new to the play scene and other nearby centres do not yet have. It's a small centre, which means it doesn't get too busy. They do seem to close to the public for birthday parties, which is something the other centres do not do. However, everything good ended there. Parking was a nightmare. The play frame is not as big as other centres, but is tall with a full 3 levels of activities, and the children really do need to be 3 years and up to enjoy the main frame (or need a bit of help). The downstairs section for the toddlers had a few bits for them, but it was small with not much variety. There are a few areas which have small signs indicating additional rules (such as no adults in the trampoline section, and 1 person in the vortex wheel). The tables are cramped together, and you practically walk into the first table the moment you exit the frame. The food was average quality, but served on impractical plates - not sure if they are trying to seem upmarket, but a playcentre needs plates and cutlery that toddlers can cope with. Costs-wise, entry is on the high end for this area despite it being a smaller centre. The worst part was the staff - major attitude problems. Rude on entry, not a single smile to greet you or any form of friendly welcome. Most of them seemed very young and didn't know what they were doing, with the older staff being incredibly fed up that they had to be there. Most irkingly, they will very aggresively and publicly berate any lone adult they feel has done wrong (you feel like crying even when it isn't you on the receiving end), but it's not consistent as they seem OK with other adults doing the same thing (such as staying over alloted time). They also glared at me during the time my toddler had a mini protest because it was time to go - like it was disturbing their peace and quiet! I spend the whole time feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome just because of the staff. So... good play area with decent equipment for 3-10 year olds, will never have too many kids in because of it's size. OK food. Slightly pricy for the entry, and awful staff. Not sure we will ever go back - staff ruined the experience."
