Refused to do anything about it even though I’d been in and reported issues with it previously. Kept on being told it’s normal up to the point the warranty ran out. Also, the devices are extremely over priced. Went to a different local store after and found devices at half the price and better quality. Wish I knew that before ever stepping foot in this horrid place."
