"Very helpful as always, the only shop I use"
"Seems like a nice shop but the vape I bought broke so I took it back with my receipt. I was told that I couldn't exchange it as I hadn't kept the box. Eventually the lady exchanged it but didn't give me a new receipt. 2 weeks later the vape broke so I took it back again only to be told I couldn't exchange it without a receipt. Very disappointed and I will not buy anymore vape products from here unfortunately."
