"I have had my late fathers lighter for the past 3 years to get serviced and repaired. I could not find anywhere. Then a few weeks ago Salts popped up in a search. I was a bit apprehensive but after reading the reviews I posted it to them. The service they provided was excellent, I could not be happier. When I rang the shope they were so helpful and friendly. I recieved the lighter back this week, serviced and working. The first time in many years and in time to give it to my Son on his 21st Birthday. He will have something to remember his Grandad by. "I have learned about Salts for years but I was afraid to send a DuPont my father gave me years ago and that might get lost in the post. Finally after a few calls I took my chances. The after “sales” it’s great. They let you know as soon as it arrives. More, they tell you when they are looking into to it and that will get in touch then. And so they do, explaining what they are doing and how much it will cost. They also inform you if you process the payment, they will start working and when you will get it back. And so they did. I’m finally reunited with my lighter. I can only tell you they are the most reliable team I have found in years. I truly recommend them."
"The craftsmanship of this company is incredible ! I sent in lighters which had been inoperable for many years, covered in dust, tar and general dirt. Salts refurbished them not only to a perfect working standard, but almost to their original state ! The tin can and barley Dunhill lighters are now shining all over with even the hardest to reach areas and parts now spotless. These lighters are twenty years old and more in the case of the gold. Absolutely fabulous service, updates throughout the process and safe delivery via UPS as well. Can not recommend more highly - it’s rare to see such service nowadays, surely the reason for this company’s excellent length of establishment."
