"I was so happy to discover that we have a local post office close by, but several parcels have gone missing and my customers never received them. Very expensive to send to Japan. They at the post office could care less and couldnt be bothered to help to locate it. I was told rudely to find out for myself online. The parcels never did turn up having spent hours trying to navigate the post office websites, no longer use this excuse for a post office."
