"I have been very disappointed with service. It’s been over week they fitted vinyl which has not done correctly fitted. Got in touch with them straight way and they promised me someone will come and fix it but no did. They refused to answer my calls and messages. When I went to the store. The manager got very aggressive and said it was a you problem knowing it was his and stating “not the correct measurements were taken and not right way fitted the vinyl” They don’t treat customer right and they are very disrespectful."

"We ordered few months ago but they didn’t deliver all stuff,Also i complained about mattress which have warranty for 1 year minimum and maximum 10 years almost after 2,3 weeks damaged still they didn’t change first thing.2nd thing I tried to ordered 2 more sofas 3 months they said here there and didn’t deliver and the person who deal with this business totally rubbish service even though i send my account number at least for refund but no reply.totally untrusted company or business"

"Brilliant customer service. Got in touch regarding a mattress which i bought in may. They came out straight away had a look and said would replace it for me possibly after a week. An hour later they came back with a brand new mattress because they had one in stock. They took the old mattress away with all packaging and fitted the brand new one for me. Even gave me after care advice. I highly recommend this company i will be buying all my household items from here. Thankyou so much"

"A very disappointing experience from start to finish. Initially the staff were friendly and helpful, however there was a lack of customer service skills when spoken to discuss changes. Life is non stop and unexpected circumstances arise, as a business it is your duty to recognise this and be understanding with customers. Unfortunately I was left with a staff member who decided to start arguing and I was being passed from pillar to post. Moving on, the fitting. The fitters are some of the rudest people I have come across. Their mannerisms are poor and come across as very arrogant. They did a terrible job fitting, very visible lines all across the floor from piecing up carpet together when there was no need! I gave accurate measurements and rather than acknowledge the mistake and check the order they were quick to argue again. Seems like the whole business ethos is to argue with customers rather than resolve. The fitters did a botched up job in the main room and it looks terrible. Will not recommend or do business with this company ever again. Spent a lot of money that I will not be getting back. Plenty of other stores in Bradford who actually appreciate your custom."

"I am ever so disappointed with the service provided by this company. When selling, I was provided lots of support and information on the products, however to my dismay, this was not the case when it came to recalling items. The communication is ever so unorganised that my teenage son will do a better job at running it instead of them! They do not communicate with all the workers, so this means that you are going back and forth on the phone just to get your problem across to the right person."
