"I went to collect my parcels from this shop as I explained to the staff I had parcels to collect, I was told to look for them myself in a bag, which I was shocked with the response, as I could have taken anyone’s parcel, then she proceeded to tell my children to not touch anything even though they was only choosing a sweet as I had said they could. Upon going through all the parcels I found mine, finally went to pay for the sweets and was being charged more than the sticker price on them, I asked and said they are this price in which she huffed at me, so I decided to leave them as the attitude was unwelcoming and due to this will no longer be using the service here again."
