"One of the owners (the heavier one, with a pony tail) is very rude and aggressive if you dare to do so much as politely question anything whatsoever in their shop, even if you are just trying to help. They other owner is very professional and polite, but unfortunately for him this is not nearly enough to excuse his partner's appalling behaviour. Other than this the shop is no better or worse than 1000s others like it."
