On the missing parts was told it was lent out and must have been handled roughly to break it..!!. Then that the was no box to put the jigsaw in, and offered a bag 5times the size of the tool.. Oh and i had to pay for it..!!. I walked out horrorfied and in disbelief..!!!.."
