"*** Cheddar branch *** Great service in ordering from them, and even better service from the delivery man. We've had a couple of orders from CRS: on the first one, we were out when the delivery arrived in the pouring rain. The driver rang me to ask where he could best leave it, as there was chipboard flooring as part of the order. He then carried it all a long way, arranged it carefully to keep the chipboard off the ground, covered it with tarpaulin, and weighted it down. Second order, asked where i wanted it, stacked tidily for me. Excellent service. Wood has been of good quality, not warped and no open knots, which has been a repeated feature of 'big DIY' deliveries in the past. Also better priced than 'big DIY' for that better quality and service. (Only slight gripe is the very limited functionality and information on the website... But they are super-helpful on the phone to balance this)"
