"It's Iceland you know what your going to get, a decent selection of frozen stuff but and some of it is great but hardly with a separate trip with Tesco so close."
"Very poor customer service, 3 members of staff messing around with mobilephones & laughing quite loudly. This continued even with queues at till. When approached by a couple of customer about the length of que & length of time waiting. Got very abrupt with them & sent someone to open another till."
"Not got what I was looking for but at least the customers at the one open till didnt have large orders .I dont go in very often because there is only the 1 till open and you have people in front who have large orders for delivery and the till operator has no one to help so there's always a que and when you only want a couple of things it's not worth waiting"
"Staff need to be trained how to use the fair for you food card.. they have no idea how to put it through the till. Had to leave my trolly full of shopping because they can't do their job."
"New techno tills enabling customers to view their spend.Friendly staff but few on the shop floor unless on tills. NB check your total spend on the screen as I was charged for 66 bottles of milk instead of 6! When queried, the reply was "well that's what it says!"implying that the screen total was non negotiable - until I pointed out the mistake, at which point the manager was summoned to rectify the error. In the meantime, the queueing customers were clearly losing patience (understandibly). As previously mentioned, the staff are extremely pleasant, but not always on point,so check the total cost then check the change. I'm absolutely positive that there is nothing underhand with these mistakes, I have no doubt about the integrity of the staff, just that they're not always as fastidious as one would expect. To clarify, there's no intentional dishonesty,in my opinion, but mistakes happen."
