"Absolutely 1st class. Ordered a Belle cement mixer and wheelbarrow from these guys for a project and the service was exceptional. There were a number of places that had the products I wanted. Distance ordering large items is usually fraught with issues so I went with Red Band as they were very competitive on price AND had standout excellent reviews. Those reviews are well deserved. I'd spoken to Chris who is a credit to the company, with a bunch of questions which had been answered professionally and patiently. Later, despite phoning a half hour before closing to order nothing was too much trouble. I was informed I would receive an order email and the items would the following day be put on next day delivery. That's exactly what happened. I know it's what should happen, but so often it doesn't. The whole process was slick, uncomplicated and trouble free. What's not to like? Even the courier (dx I think) was top notch. I got a call to inform he had arrived and he'd even gone to the trouble of getting the truck positioned by the side gate to make sure it was in the most convenient place for unloading before he called. Smart. He bent over backwards to be helpful and was a class act. I thoroughly recommend the process from start to finish with Red Band. They have ANY future business of mine. Outstanding."
