"Terrible. Took phone in for a screen repair and after being messed about for several days, lost patience and just went and picked it up to go elsewhere. I dropped the phone off on Sunday and was told it would be ready on Tuesday, so went back on Tuesday and was told it hadn't been done for some long winded and convoluted reason involving it going to Keighley or Manchester to their man who does Samsungs. I called the next day to find out what was going on and the bloke didn't know so promised to call me back but didn't. I eventually spoke to him again and was told that the person who does Samsungs was ill and therefore he couldn't do it and that's the point I gave up and decided to go elsewhere. This place is totally disorganised and clueless. Every time I rang up they didn't know who I was and had to ask me "What phone is it?", "What's the repair?" and "How much did we quote you?". They don't even know how much they charge and had to keep asking me. Absolutely hopeless."
