"So I have just left this soft play centre. It's clean, and lots of fun for littlies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We hadn't booked but booking is recommended. I attended with 3 walkers , which came to £18.85, a little pricey I feel for a childminder, no discunt and meant I only ordered toast instead of having lunch as well. The menu is a little bizarre! A slice of children toast is 65p, but a slice of cheese on toast is £2.90!! A bagel with cream cheese was just short of £4! The jacket potatoes looked amazing they were huge and fully loaded with prices starting from £5. The soft play had two slides, and different role play areas the favourite been the car wash. The toilets were clean and well equipped."

"We had a birthday party for our 4 year old here this weekend and it was just amazing! Our little one was diagnosed with selective mutism earlier this year, which makes speaking in certain situations, particularly busy/new ones very stressful and difficult for them. After attending a few birthday parties and our child having a bit of a difficult time managing the overwhelm of it all, we were surprised when our little one said they wanted to have a soft play birthday party too. But because they’d been doing so well speaking at preschool and and after consulting with a Speech & Language therapist, we thought we’d try and have a party! I contacted Claire at Tumble Town because we had been before a couple of times and liked the size and setup of the place. Claire was super accommodating with the selective mutism requirements we had, for example we didn’t want to have party games, or big happy birthday singing to avoid any additional overwhelm for our child. We also didn’t want to invite too many children, so Claire was very understanding and said that would be fine. It was so very reassuring to know we were supported on this special day and to know we could ask the staff for anything we needed. On the day the staff also asked if we would just like to stay in our seats instead of moving into a party room, so as to avoid extra stress on our child. This worked really well, and our child was able to relax, and enjoy spending time with their friends, without anything causing them additional overwhelm! The only tears we had were from some of the friends when we had to leave! We also had some dietary requirements and these were all catered for brilliantly. Our child and their friends had the best time, and we would not hesitate to recommend Tumble Town for a great birthday party. "Really nice experience here today. It was an extremely wet day so I was expecting it to be packed but they must limit numbers a lot to make it a safe, pleasant experience. Staff were very friendly and food and drink really nice too. It must have just been thoroughly cleaned too, it was spotless. Thank you!"

"Had my daughter's third birthday party here, the kids loved it. Lots to do for them and a great little soft play area. Lots of seating for adults too. The café was really good and the team there were mega helpful and friendly. Absolutely went above and beyond. I believe they sell pizza's although I didn't try these. I did however have hot chocolate. The way they advertise this is great, there's over 100 different combinations of hot chocolate that you can have and it's advertised in a clear and fun way. The hot chocolate itself was delicious and I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes to dip their toes in the realm of liquid sucrose treats. They also had a selection of cakes and tray bakes, I had a caramel slice. It was nice. We found it no problem although it is a little off the beaten track. Would go again. With kids. Obviously"
