"We was looking for a place to host our son's 2nd Birthday Party on the 19th. A simple google search lead us to this place. At the beginning we was slightly apprehensive, with lots of questions however the owners sister was VERY helpful! (Sorry I can't remember her name) She sat us down and explained the entire details and what the party entails. After our conversations my husband and I both agreed that we'd book here due to the cleanliness, great facilities and friendly service of the place. The day of the party went so quickly and smoothly. Staff were on hand whenever required and helped ensure the party was a success. We had over 35 guests and all of them enjoyed the party. The food and drinks were plentiful and certainly enjoyed by the kids including the pizzas and sandwiches (which were tasty!). Thank you to all the staff and especially the owners sister. You made our son's birthday very special."

"I would highly recommend 5Alive to all parents. In my experience, this play centre is one of the best, as there are a range of fun activities for the children to do - the soft play, trampoline park, and go karting extras to name a few. There is a split section for the under 4’s and for the older children. As fun as 5Alive is, safety for everyone is carefully considered. The staff are excellent: attentive and sociable. Food and catering is also good. With a menu full of options, all kids are sure to find something they like! Taking the children to 5Alive was truly a treat, and an enjoyable time for us all."

"Kids seemed to really enjoy themselves and there was plenty for them to do. The place needs to really be cleaned up as it's quite dusty and grimey in places. We also booked in on an 1.5 session but paid the same price as a 2 hour session. In a nutshell I probably won't go back and will look for other options."

"Amazing place for all children's ages. I always find that at other play centres the under 4s baby/toddler area is tiny and only have a few toys that don't even work and there's always big kids running around them so it's unsafe. Well this place has a big area for under 4s which is safe away from the big children's area, also with a seating area and a gate for security."

"There are now trampolines and go-karts(£1 a go) as well as soft play for the kids. The kids seem to enjoy it.There are now two new party rooms, they are bigger than the old ones which is better for the children, but are renovated to a poor standard in my opinion (see pictures) but the rooms did seem to be clean although the decor could be improved to suit all ages and genders. My daughter thought that the food provided for the party was tasty but I did notice there was no healthy option, sadly."
