"Bought a drill from this company which was left by Yodel on my doorstep in a busy London street and was subsequently stolen (of course). So first of all they use substandard courier company. After this, Hollywell tools didn't answer calls, texts, whatsapps, emails or messages sent through ebay for help sorting it out. Didn't answer; didn't care. Eventually Yodel refunded the seller (as is their flawed procedure) after months of me chasing and Hollywell just kept the money, again not responding to any contact made. If you order from this company or use their services, you will receive no support or customer service (and probably no item). Just look at the other low reviews, see a pattern?! Reported to eBay, reported to Paypal. If you have similar experiences then report and eventually they will be barred from E-commerce sites like eBay and Amazon."
