Asked me for my card which I did not have and refused to give me a cash refund even though I had the item less than 30 minutes. Hayley and team happy to take the money but not return it. Avoid when hayley is on duty..."

"I called in to pick up a 'click and collect' item. Though there were vehicles parked outside there were no people waiting inside, at least at the main counter. It's possible there was a queue at the adjacent trade one given the vehicles outside, but at least you can now queue inside rather than the outside of 'lockdown.' I presented the order confirmation at the till, the item was handed over without fuss or delay. It just worked as you would hope - no problems, no waiting. Thanks Screwfix."
