Sure, they’ll look at your file but will only give you vague answers at best. Don’t even bother sending them an email complaining about inconsistencies cause they’ll only tell you you’re wrong and go back to ignoring you. You pay these people so much money for no customer service whatsoever, go elsewhere or regret it.
