"We embarked on an ambitious project to create an en-suite (2.4m x 80cm) in a bedroom. Together with our plumber, we agreed on our design, and then, at the plumber's recommendation, we arranged a visit with Amar at the showroom. We made a couple of visits to confirm choices, and Amar was always very helpful and accommodating. There was a lot of choice in the showroom, but as there was a particular toilet that we wanted, he arranged to order that in for us. I think that our plumber works regularly with Baker and Soars, and the delivery of goods appeared well organised. We had a couple of issues with damaged goods, and items that were not the correct ones, but this was soon sorted - and within a week the en-suite was ready to use. We are very happy with the service that was provided!!"
