"I had hair highlights appointment booked 2 weeks ago. On the day of my appointment I had to go home disappointed as I was informed I need patch test due to COVID regulations which needs to be recent and has to be done before appointment. But this was not asked at the time of appointment or anytime during 2 weeks. I had a week off work and could easily get the patch test done to have my appointment but no one informed or asked me to get it done before appointment."
