"Very bad service and customer care we paid for materials in full and was told they would be ready for collection in 3 weeks it only 4 months and no curtesy calls to let you know what's happening with the materials. Went to check for the materials today and was told that they had rang me 3 weeks ago to say the materials are in but I had no calls from them so can't rate them only if you have time to keeping going back and forth as they don't have time to call they customer's to let them know about they goods. I will never use them again even if they are the last resort. I rate them a BIG 0"
