"So nice to be a customer for 15 years and then be accused of stealing beer. I literally trimmed my beard two days ago, walked in and was told I wasn't welcome. When questioning why, I was accused of having stolen and even being chased recently. I was apparently wearing a similar yellow coat. I didn't realise that made you guilty of someone else's crime. Very disappointed and unlikely to ever return. A half hearted apology was offered."
