"I called in last Monday at 6pm. 1 manned till open with a queue of 15!! Trollies. I don't want to use self service but was forced to go there only to find a queue of 10 trollies!!! Asda have clearly forgotten the most important part of the customer transaction is the part where they take the customers money. If that goes wrong it all goes wrong!!"
"Twice in 3 days I've been to Asda Rooley Lane for 2 different games. Boxes were on the shelf but when I got to checkouts they didn't have the games in stock on either days. Why don't you keep upto date on what you have or don't have in stock. Wasted time and petrol twice"
"Absolutely shocking! Took my disabled mum and auntie for their weekly shop and they had to queue 30mins down aisle as only 3 check outs open! Wasn’t until this was raised with customer services, they opened more tills. Not a customer focused company!"
