"I have transfer money to myself of over £300 to my monese account so I can get my baby food and other stuff then monese blocked my account. They asked to send them my pay slip I have and asked me other questions that I have answer . It's been 6 days now and know one on the monese team can not tell me what is going on. I call, email and message and there support email team have not responded since the 1st day I have sent it. I call and only get a robot speaking to me .. I been using monese for 3 years plus. This is unacceptable"
"Worst bank ever. they decided to temporarily block my account for over 3 days now without any explanation as to why or what prompted such. I was asked for my payslips which was odd given it was my partner that sent the money into my Monese account. still i emailed it to them and then nothing!! its been 4 days and no one has even acknowledged receiving my documents or even unblocking my account. i send an email every day but no one responds. someone replied on Trustpilot and said they have flagged my case and will be in touch shortly. That was 24hrs ago and yet still nothing!! so many people complaining about their accounts being blocked for months!! i definitely cannot go through that, my mental health is too fragile for that"
"Edited* I wish I could give a zero but its not possible. I downloaded Monese, tried a £5 deposit then after my satisfaction downloaded it on my new cellphone. After trying to login they blocked me and reassured I would be contacted shortly. Its been almost 10 days and no response even to my countless emails asking for assistance. I thank God I didn't put my salary in this bank, would've been lost forever. Avoid and protect yourself, ZERO respect for their customers. Part 2 EDIT** They unblocked my account after around 11 days after reviewing them on social media. 2 stars now but their response after my issue was unsympathetic, someone needs to take the reigns at that customer support area."
